We are preparing universal design contents at the venue for disability people who would come to watch the matches of IBSA Blind Football Asian Championships 2015, in order to provide good experiences for those people. All contents being prepared are listed below.

Service/Support Tool

Customer Relation Centre

Customer Relation Centre is located in front of the entrance gate.
Services and support tools for disability people are provided at Customer Relation Centre. Please feel free to ask our staff member there about the services and the support tools.

Relation Crew

Relation Crews will be stationed at the centre for the safety and the convenience. The Crews will be available for help for people using wheelchair, guide for visually impaired people, sign language interpret for deaf people, English interpret for foreigners or any other help. Please feel free to visit the centre.

Voice Guidance (Live commentary)

We will provide live commentary for all matches for visually impaired people. The device can be rented at the Customer Relations Centre with deposit of 1,000 JPY. Deposit can be refunded only on the day.

Guide book with tactile maps showing the gate, pitch, stand, toilet and shops are available at the centre.

Toucable 3D scale model of the venue is located at the Customer Relations Centre.

Enlarged Guide Book

Enlarged guide book available on iPad can be rented at the Customer Relations Centre with deposit of 1,000 JPY. Deposit can be refunded only on the day.
