This is the guidance for ticket purchasing for IBSA Blind Football World Grand Prix 2018 held in Tokyo from Wed, Feb 21 to Sun, Feb 25, 2018. Please ask your tickets via website after reading explanations below.

Address:2-6-23 Higashi-shinagawa Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo
Reserved seats on the Main stand, seats without reservation on the North and South. Accessibility Area is located in front of Main stand. South Stand is for Home Team.
Ticket prices
One ticket is for 1 match. If you see 2 matches in a day, you can get second one at a discount.
*Prices include all taxes.
*Pre-school children are free to enter unless they need individual seats. If need it, please purchase ticket for U-18.
*Tickets may not be sold on the day due to sold-out of advanced tickets.
* Commission fee (¥162 per payment: Payment at Seven-Eleven) and Ticketing fee(¥108 per ticket) are charged.
*Participating nations can be seen on the website of the World Grand Prix 2018.

Q.Where are tickets sold on the day?
A.Tickets are sold on the day at the ticketing centre near the entrance of the venue.
Tickets may not be sold on the day due to sold-out of advanced tickets.
Q.Where are advanced tickets sold ?
A.Via Website above.
Q.How many tickets are available at a time?
A.4 tickets are available.
If more tickets are needed, please purchase again by the same way.
Q.How to pay the fee?
A.Payment is available by credit card or at Convenience Store (Seven-Eleven).
Q.When should payment be done or should tickets be collected?
A. Different by the way of payment.
Payment by Credit card) Collect at Seven-Eleven until match day.
Payment at Convenience Store) Collect at Seven-Eleven in 10 days after the payment.
Q. How to exchange the date/match of the ticket?
A. Please note that once you buy the ticket, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Q.From how old is ticket required?
A.Pre-school children are free to enter unless they need individual seats. If need it, please purchase a ticket for U-18.
Q.Are there any discounts for disabled people or their helpers?
A.No, there is no discount.
We will provide services and supporting tools for disabled people to enjoy
watching matches.

Q.Are there restrooms for wheelchair users?
A.Yes, there is restroom for wheelchair users.
Q. Can my companion watch the match together? Which ticket should be purchased?
A.One companion is allowed. Please purchase a ticket of Accessibility Area.
Q.Is it possible that only a companion watches a match when a person using a wheelchair cannot come to watch the match on the day?
A.A companion has to be with a person using a wheelchair. In the case, a companion will be guided to another seat on the North or the South stand.

Q.What time will the venue open on the day?
A.The gate will open 40 minutes before kick off of the each match. Please see the tickets for more detail.
Q.Is there a roof on the stand?
A.No, there is no roof.
Q.Are there any notes to care for watching or things to bring?
A.We recommend you to bring a raincoat in case it rains. Using an umbrella is not allowed on the stands.
Q.Is it allowed to use telephoto lens and a tripod on the stands?
A.Lens with the length of over 20cm and a tripod are not allowed to use on the stands.

Q.Is smoking available?
A.Smoking is allowed only at the designated area.
Q.Are there parking lots?
A.There are no parking lots at the venue. Please park at other parking lots or we strongly recommend to visit by public transportation.
